Description
Taste and appearance: This is a beer with a dense, beige foam, with several bubbles and a long duration. Looking at it we notice a red, ruby beer, from which the carbonate bubbles are absent. It is clear, without sediment, therefore filtered.
Aromatically, it reminds us of red fruits and some spices such as cinnamon and cloves. It gives us a hint of red flowers and a hint of caramel.
